When I started in the mortgage business over 10 years ago, my main objective was to simply make a living. It seems easy enough, but over time a meaningful career requires more than just making money. I have helped hundreds of First Time Homebuyers achieve the dream of owning their first home, and every deal is special.

One of my first closings was a young lady buying her first home for around $30,000. She had lived with her parents all her life and had always dreamed of owning a home of her own; but never thought she could. I had helped her get qualified for FHA financing, a common first time home buyer program, by taking the time to up her credit and to draw up a budget to help strengthen her file. At the closing I realized how much my efforts had meant to her. Before she started to sign the documents she told everyone in the room (two realtors, the sellers and the closers) how if it weren’t for me she wouldn’t be buying this house and achieving her dream. About half way through her paperwork she looked up at me with tears in her eyes and said “thank-you.” After the closing before she even took the keys to her new home, she came around the table and literally pulled me up with a bear hug telling me thank-you again. It was then that I realized the kind of impact my job and how I do it has on other people.

Buying a home is the single most important investment most people make in their lifetimes. That means something to me. I want to be the person who helps make dreams come true by providing outstanding service and unmatched commitment.

I love what I do because it makes a positive difference in people’s lives.
